BDO Philippines Holds Strategic Planning Conference

In line with the Strategic Ambition enunciated by BDO International at the recent Annual Conference in Travemunde, Germany, BDO Alba Romeo & Company held an out-of-town Strategic Planning Conference last November 23 & 24 at Club Manila East, Taytay, Rizal.

In his welcome remarks, Romeo C. Alba, Chairman and Managing Partner, set the tone of the Strategic Planning Conference by defining the long-term goals of the Firm over the next three years.

The Strategic Planning Conference was attended by the Firm’s Partners and future leaders, including the heads of two other business entities/affiliates. The Conference also allowed the Firm’s personnel to exchange ideas in an atmosphere of openness, perform a critical evaluation of the Firm’s current state, and define its long-term direction.

In a follow-up General Assembly meeting, Romeo C. Alba challenged everyone to attain greater heights of client-service excellence to ensure the realization of the Firm’s own Strategic Ambition.
